Acceptance By using LiteBook, you agree to these terms.

Your Responsibilities

• You may only compress or process EPUB files you have the legal right to use
• You are responsible for the content you process using the app

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all EPUB files you compress. LiteBook and its original content remain the property of Samuel Onyeji.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use LiteBook to:

• Compress or process EPUB files you don't have rights to use
• Process content that violates any applicable laws
• Circumvent or interfere with digital rights management (DRM) systems

Apple's Terms

Use of LiteBook is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.

Disclaimer

LiteBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes to this Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
